Pros
good pay, decent insurance and wfh
Cons
the people i worked with were mean, unhelpful, and highly discouraging. so unfriendly and unwelcoming. training was an absolute mess and a nightmare, just loads and load of information thrown at you and then basically told “good luck!” The turnover rate speaks for itself (i was one of at least 3 people in my particular position that year alone) they overworked and stressed me out to the point i experienced panic attacks (for the first time in my life) daily. they made me feel ignorant and unintelligent if i asked a question as a new employee and spoke down to me if i screwed something up while still learning (ESPECIALLY the girl directly training me) also strange how seemingly all of the “higher ups” are all men….if you respected your time, your energy, and yourself, don’t apply here.
