Pros
Generally an ok company to work for, everyone is mostly pleasant. Oh, and they have a meditation room and waterfall for nice ambience if you have to be in the office.
Cons
If you have any valid technology reselling experience, avoid working here. The typical pay range for talented individuals is below the industry norm. Subsequently, I would be hesitant to advise a newcomer to work here due to the fact legacy personnel adhere to the mindset of "it's always been done that way" and are resistant to change, which cause bad habits for newcomers. There is a complete lack of business analytics available, more so the lack of understanding why it is important. During my tenure, I have been asked what basis points are and how to calculate profit from revenue and cost, or even workflow on procurement to invoicing. General business knowledge is nonexistent by many members in inside sales and operations. Lastly, commission payouts are sketchy and difficult to identify any missed margin with the lack of reporting. Many of my cohorts had challenges identifying invoiced margin, let alone having inside sales and operations properly invoice in a timely manner. I personally had to fight for two commission payouts, one of which was delayed and never acknowledged until I brought the issue up multiple times. Unfortunately, everything I learned from my time here was self taught. There is no mentorship here unlike my previous stints at other companies (hence my two star rating).
