Pros
Healthy work environment, easy work, great boss. There were times where we had to critically think to resolve an issue but those were some of the better moments. Overall the work wasn't too demanding and if you had a knack for computers, software, and critical thinking the job itself was pretty easy. Rarely did I find myself struggling to understand core keys. My boss was really a great boss in helping grow his employees. Although my boss had some questionable ideas it didn't really affect the flow and work load of our group.
Cons
Some of the equipment I was given felt old and out of date with what I needed to do my job. It felt like I was given hand tools when the job required power tools. The job could be done with hand tools, but it would have gotten done faster and to extent better if I had power tools.
