Pros
They worked with my schedule during college and high school. Also, it was a very friendly environment.
Cons
We began to open on christmas day a few years back and I felt this was very selfish to the employees. Also, morning shifts are usually designated by seniority or prioritized for people with children at the location I work at. Besides this I really don't have any complaints.
