Pros
I was given the opportunity to begin learning how to conduct interviews, as well as teaching and developing others. In the process of doing so, I made long lasting business relationships. I was also given the opportunity to network with/receive mentorship from the CEO himself.
Cons
When I first came into the industry, I was not the most organized individual, I quickly learned how to manage my time more efficiently through direct coaching from my trainer. It was a new and uncomfortable feeling at first, learning how to manage other people, but when I learned how to manage my time better, things began to fall in line.
