Pros
-Good for starting creative career, made an impact with my resume. -Office environment is great and well-maintained. -Good benefits, they're very generous with annual leave credits once you get regularized. -Enhanced my skills with trainings they provide. -Employee discounts across all brands they handle.
Cons
-Unpaid long work hours for creatives. As much as you want to finish your work during office hours, you don't have a choice but to exert working extended hours or even during weekends to meet piled up tasks and deadlines. - No work-life-balance :(( -I got sick because of suppressed high stress and decided to resign instead to focus on my healing... -Workload not matching your salary pay.
