Pros
Free gym membership after half a year on the floor and ONLY if you meet the quota. No other pros, this is a horrible place to work. .
Cons
No physical, written contract of employment. No copy given to employees. Few benefits Extremely low pay No job security Indifferent (and sometimes abusive) management Lots of staff and management in-fighting and drama Must achieve unrealistic goals and quotas to remain employed Training must be paid for by staff, payment will be docked from future paychecks Unclear job roles Six day work week for newbies, five day work week for those who've been there for a year I think but pay will be lowered to half. Trainers will be expected to make a living solely from trainer fees, which Gold's Gym also takes a percentage of Paychecks often have irregularities... a missing 200 pesos here and there. No explanation from management. Constantly shifting schedules Abusive members, no protection for trainers and staff Difficult to commute to In other words, slave labor. My maid makes more than I did.
