Pros
- Good company nights out
- Some staff are very nice and great to work with, unfortunately most left before me
- My manager was helpful and easy to get on with, the director of the recruitment consultants is the same
- Ability to work from home 2 days a week (provided you are meeting targets, also unable to wfh on Fridays)
Cons
- Poor progression
- Very cliquey, important to brown nose certain members of staff if you want to fit in and progress
- One of the directors is very unhelpful, I have heard him talk badly about multiple young members of staff on non work related/performance topics multiple times, including about my character when he thought I was not around
- Certain members of staff very snakey, it is well known within the company who these are
- One member of staff was commonly mocked behind their back due to having a disability when I first joined
