Pros
In the past couple of months, the company has taken some great steps towards improving the areas that needed some extra help. It definitely shows - we're now seeing frequent social activities, a solid rewards program, better internal communication and better defined paths to career improvement.
Cons
Inter-team communication still needs some work. Internal departments like finance really need to start working more with colleagues instead of treating us like outsiders.
