Not a welcoming environment - Receptionist Goddard Veterinary Group Employee Review

Medical team. As a receptionist you rely on the advice of the Vets and Nurses, but most of them were not friendly. When I had joined no one had bothered to properly introduce themselves making it incredibly difficult to find certain people as well as sign off their initials in your notes because saying "who are you by the way?" Is incredibly awkward. Not all, but some staff were also quite rude for no reason, speaking down to you for asking questions that you wouldn't know the answer to especially when new to the job and have zero knowledge of medications or case specific questions. So unfortunately that made working there very unpleasant. Management had also messed me around and gave unfair feedback on my performance when my colleagues only had good things to say about me.
