Left to your own devices if you like independent work, Mandeville and Stone Lion hospitals are great.
Cons
In my time at Goddards I experienced burn out from time pressure multiple times, asked for help from management which was never acted on. It’s only in retrospect and since working at more supportive clinics that I’ve realised how poor the management support was. The nurses are of variable standard and need more nurse support at clinics.
