      I can't tell any reason to work for them.

      Cons

      If you are honest and give an honest feedback to your manager they will fabricate some bs reasons to fire you. The whole atmosphere is toxic without any leadership. Blame culture is often used.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
