The most people come here, because the considerably high compensations in Hungary. If you're talkative, you can easily get in touch with a few talented engineers.
Cons
Nobody cares about your personal development, so you have to be a pushy person to build a career here. The technologies being used here ancient. The management doesn't give a damn about the estimation and the process, if they DO NEED something, you'll do it, no matter what.
