      The tech stack is solid. The culture is amazing. The people really know their stuff and are willing to share knowledge. There are always opportunities to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Limited promotion opportunities. Direction of the company is suspect. And new ownership is keen on outsourcing.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
