•Very people focused with a great culture within the organisation. •Pay & Commission structure generally up to par or above market average •Benefits (gym, fitness classes, light breakfast, health insurance, massage...) •Office space is amazing •Events/socials in office

Cons

•Teams might feel a bit siloed at times, not necessarily a bad thing but could foster more collaboration with other sales teams. •No Lunch

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
