Great employees and culture - I work with smart and motivated team members who motivate me to work smarter. All members of the team are treated with respect regardless of position or title Flexible work arrangements to accommodate my schedule as a working parent Management that is always available to talk to Lots of growth potential if you are motivated enough to seize it More women are now in more senior positions in the finance group than when I first joined the department

Cons

Sometimes the pace of growth with acquisitions feels too far from a back office perspective - it seems we only have enough time to get the bare minimum done to keep the lights on before we're onto the next project and there isn't enough time to optimize processes

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
