      Pros

      the culture is great - very can-do, positive, growth oriented, collaborative. The exec team legitimately cares about creating a culture that attracts motivated, talented, and happy people. Tons of resources, great offices, great people. I've not been here long, but compared to my experience at other companies, this is a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      everyone is still adjusting to a new org structure, so things are like a well oiled machine, but that makes it feel like a much smaller company

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
