      The team environment here is fantastic. Great support and help with career development from upper management, and an upbeat atmosphere with smart, enthusiastic coworkers. LMI truly embraces its brand in every aspect of the culture here.

      User Services should get more of a budget to convert temps that do good work.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
