Pros
Good place to work if you are capable of handling the environment, pan-India exposure, opportunities to learn new things, work-life balance (5 Day working) , decent annual increments, and a chance to explore properties across India.
Cons
Very high turnover at the ground level, no proper processes, and poor management of daily cash flow. There is often no cash available at the property, and employees have to spend their own money to get the job done. Training is a major concern, and there is a shortage of staff at every level, especially in ground operations, while the head office team is fully loaded. There is a hire and fire culture if you are not capable. It feels like a Lala company with no corporate culture. If you have strong capability, you can manage and survive, otherwise it is difficult. Support is rarely provided at the ground level. Work is just somehow getting managed.
