Thank you so much for your feedback and for your contributions to our team. We want to address your mention of frequent layoffs. We unfortunately had to go through two rounds of layoffs in 2022 and we want to assure you that those decisions were not made lightly. Because of the hard work of our team over the last few years, we're in a very strong financial position and working on growing our team in a conscientious and thoughtful way. We also want to acknowledge your observation about the gender balance within our company. We understand that our industry has traditionally had a higher representation of men, but looking at the make-up of our teams, 90% of our employees who identify as females are in professional and/or managerial roles and not support (though support roles are extremely vital to the functioning of any company and not to be discounted).
