Innovative food startup which fields an international team of highly talented individuals and gives employee's the freedom of being responsible for their own success within the company. Even with numerous impressive credentials, every employee I have met in situations where challenges arose, put their ego at the door, rolled up their sleeves and helped problem-solve even across departments.

As of October 2018, there may be some growing pains from being a rapidly scaling startup, but most issues are foreseen and accounted for.
