      To empower clients worldwide to achieve their net zero goals. Working here has been an inspiring experience. My colleagues are highly talented, always approachable and truly wonderful to work with. I deeply admire our leadership team for their knowledge and guidance toward meaningful goals. I'm constantly learning new things from all of them. Seeing everyone put in their best effort to make this sustainability goal a success is great. I feel proud to be part of this journey.

      The company is still in the early stages of this business model, having started just about two years ago. It’s an exciting journey, but like any new venture, it will take a little more time and efforts for the success

      Pros

      Easy to shine as people in the management team have absolutely no idea what they are doing (to the shareholder, current CEO is just burning your money)

      Cons

      CEO is driving the company into the ground. 3 years, and company still have no direction and just burning cash. He appoints leaders by how much they suck up to him, perfect example would be the current head of growth and marketing. Both of them are perfect examples of ‘empty vessels make the most noise’ and they have a good time stroking each other’s ego. Not sure why shareholders can’t/won’t do anything about such an incompetent CEO. In the real world, this CEO and his management team would have been replaced a long time ago. All the reviews which talked about the current CEO, only talks about how terrible he is. There must be some truth to it

      Only the people made it bearable to stay.

      Company lacks direction, and would benefit from a complete overhaul in management.
