Everything else. The founders really care about the company and nothing else. They treat you like gutter. No proper HR policy, leave policy, etc. Work hours are humongous and in they end the management will tell you that you are incompetent and worthless. But while asking for leave, these same people will tell you how important you are to the process and deter you from taking leaves. Benefits are nothing. We got a plastic-potted money plant for diwali. This company will give you benefits lesser than a regular company but will make you work like a startup. Lastly, only come to this company if you want to be in the firing line all the time and learn some thing in the meanwhile.
