Pros

- Generally friendly People on team, they try their best to guide when possible - Office space is modern and in a good access area

Cons

- No real onboarding or training, Thrown right into client facing situations with very little handover information. - Most teams are under supported, Hard to get time for even urgent issues when calendars are booked up at all times. Response times of a few days. -AM team is usually left holding the bag for issues stemming from upper management decision or unresolved product/accounting issues leading to a severe lack of merchant trust in the AMs and the Org as a whole. - The compensation is not matched to the expected workload

Pros

- Company is growing very quickly - Huge green initiative for those carbon-conscious folks - Working with very passionate people who want to do great things - Ability to build processes from the ground up and leave a mark on most things - Most people are very willing to step in and help with basically everything, very collaborative environment

Cons

- Very much a start-up, which is not for everyone - Need ability to adapt very quickly - Very few processes and procedures in place currently, which often means spending a lot of time chasing down answers - Some fundamental issues with internal IT - Company is still working to transition expectations to remote workforce (i.e. encouraging people to come into the office/warehouse to help, even when they live hours away)
