- Generally friendly People on team, they try their best to guide when possible - Office space is modern and in a good access area
Cons
- No real onboarding or training, Thrown right into client facing situations with very little handover information. - Most teams are under supported, Hard to get time for even urgent issues when calendars are booked up at all times. Response times of a few days. -AM team is usually left holding the bag for issues stemming from upper management decision or unresolved product/accounting issues leading to a severe lack of merchant trust in the AMs and the Org as a whole. - The compensation is not matched to the expected workload
