Pros
I've worked for this company for four years, and it was my first remote job. During my tenure, the company had a great culture. My manager was very supportive, and I worked well with my teammates. In the first few years, Go2 truly helped me both financially and professionally. I learned a lot, especially in a remote work setup.
Cons
However, the company faced some challenges later on that affected some employees. The CEO has big ambitions for the company. I feel the sincerity, but I believe the company needs to improve its organization. Better communication, clear roles, and effective project management tools could enhance collaboration, boost morale, and increase productivity.
