the company and most everyone in it was friendly and straight forward.

the payroll department was complete incompetents hindered my life to the point id get maybe half a paycheck a pay period if I were lucky. they were unorganized and just didn't care unless you yelled at them. as I have a long fuse it took me months to realize this and barley got payed for my hours before then.
