Pros
Go-Staff is a great place to earn experience in management, hiring employees and administration. You are working with a wide range of people and get to know the temporary employees and their quirks. It's something new everyday, new problems and finding new solutions for them. It is a very fast-paced environment.
Cons
With the type of people that Go-staff tends to hire, there is always the possibility of angry, or disappointed temporary employees. Also as a recruiter looking up at the upper management, I believe recruiters could be treated with more understanding and respect, since we are the ones dealing with and interacting with the temps everyday face to face. This job is stressful, and demanding and your cellphone will be constantly be buzzing.
