The guys that work in the field are very friendly & do their best. Fair wages.

They love to say they are a family. That should have been warning enough. The female owner is passive aggressive. Not all staff are treated the same. If you are family you can do whatever you like, if not she will yell, slam things, etc. There is a big gender gap here. The men go golfing, out for breakfast, etc ... the women work.

Competitive pay, decent benefit package, plenty of overtime.

Toxic work environment. Inconsistent discipline program. No H/R training in management. lacks confidentiality amongst co-workers. Management encourages ratting out co-workers which encourages the backstabbing and toxic work environment. Denies WCB claims and fires injured workers stating they injured themselves on purpose. No support for employees to help them succeed. They would rather fire you. This does not encourage good employee moral.
