      Pros

      Team is diverse and helpful! Really enjoyed the work for the team honestly… That was the only pro of this job. Development team held the boat! The team itself scores 5/5 stars.

      Cons

      Very bad management from the boss. Micromanaged and expected us to fulfil many roles at once (good for us to learn from but fine line), even those out of job scope. Gaslighted often too. Plans and instructions consistently changes.

      - Diverse and friendly people working with around you. - Everyone, including the leaders is super open. It feels like a family. - As a Intern, I felt welcomed and listened to by the people. (sharing ideas, giving insights, working on things that I'm good at). I appreciate the openness of the leaders to give me opportunities to learn different work in the company. - Remote, schedule to work is flexible. Communication in the company is best!
