The flexibility and work-life balance is a big perk. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. The training is thorough, well thought out, and actually prepares you to do the job at a high level. Overall, I feel like I'm really making a difference in patient care.

The pace can be a lot at first but you adjust fast and the support is there.

Great schedule. 3 days per week and every other weekend. A lot of education and support. There is always someone to call if you have questions. New grad friendly!

The first few days of training were challenging due to issues with IT and computer access but I don't believe that had much to do with Glycare specifically. Other than that things have been smooth. A lot of studying but I expected that being a new NP
