      Great support from directors and managers obtainable targets and a desire from managers to help you hit targets Enjoyable work atmosphere

      Long hours, however relaxed about when you take your breaks and supportive of time off requests etc

      Pros

      Fantastic place to work, given all the tools to be successful. Lead quality, company structure and the standing and reputation in the market. You work hard and you'll be rewarded, precisely want you want as a salesperson. Great workplace culture, can't recommend enough. Wish I'd joined sooner.

      Cons

      Little to none. Work from home is a huge advantage, and any cons to that are offset by the ability to go into the office whenever you wish.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, a breath of fresh air from other employers I have worked for in the past. They are doing the solar industry right.

      Cons

      Grown massively over the past few months, so some growing pains but they are being ironed out quickly.
