Pros

- learn a lot very fast, good if u r young - makes u an independent artist because u need to learn to solve many problems on your own - comfortable work env, clean big spaces - people are friendly, casual and not uptight, no big politics - gender equality, many seniors and leads are both male and females, all depends on artist ability - free snacks? (if u are fast enough)

Cons

- delays in management decisions and lack of clarity in communication - project managers/coordinators prioritize client satisfaction over team welfare, leading to high attrition risk - review and feedback cycles are frequently delayed—up to six months behind schedule - artists are often expected to handle multiple roles without appropriate compensation - excessive overtime is common and unsustainable - no pizza party
