I started my career with GlocalEdge. I have worked full time as an Assistant Marketing Manager with GlocalEdge. - Team members come from diverse backgrounds and highly reputed colleges. The company never compromises in its hiring procedure and the interview process is not at all a cake walk. - The workplace is good with a comfortable set-up and infrastructure - Being a start up environment, you are supposed to learn yourself and be a self starter. However, the team members are always there to help and the management gives freedom to explore new ideas and experiment with your proposed strategies - Innovative ideas and hard working people are always appreciated. - Work is very interesting and needs lot of creativity. It gives a great platform to research, plan and implement creative campaigns

Extremely challenging work environment and strict deadlines to meet. The kind of work pressure involved here is not a cup of tea for everyone to handle. Be prepared to work for long hours and juggle between multiple projects from time to time.

Excellent guidance from the leadership, great opportunities to work on projects for prestigious clients, a very open & flexible working culture, immense opportunity to grow and hone your skills! I worked as an intern here for 20 weeks. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning seeing as it is not a big name in the industry (yet!), but my experience turned out to be great! I am sure the things I have learned here will prove valuable in my career no matter where I go. There was pressure and deadlines, but the support from team leaders, and the atmosphere of team-work inculcated in the organization, proved to me personally that challenging work can be fulfilling if done in the right way.

No cons as far as my experience is concerned!
