I really enjoy my team and colleagues. There is a lot of work, but the environment is collaborative and respectful. Work/Life balance is better than at most companies I've worked for. Small company where you can get to know almost everyone.

Do wish their compensation package was more competitive. PTO policy seems outdated with the inability to roll days over.

Work is often self-directed. Very little hand-holding.
