- Hours were very manageable.
- The workload was never tough, just tedious.
- Supervisors are very understanding & accommodating of problems or issues you might have throughout the work day.
Cons
- Outbound calls, so customers can often answer pretty upset.
- Management was constantly changing rules & information.
- You have to make a certain amount of calls per hour or else you'll get reprimanded regardless of the circumstances.

I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.
Cons
Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
