      Pros

      Stable environment, decent benefits. After almost 20 years, I continue to experience excellent opportunities for professional and personal growth.

      Cons

      Could be more progressive. I am a full-time employee and have the ability to work remotely, but unless it's while traveling for the company, it is a hassle to get permission to do so.

      Vague management. Target individuals if results are not made even though it’s vague.
