Pros
Was the retirement and the company used to proud that it was hiring Texans/Americans.
Cons
Company hired offshore headhunters that worked for Dell when they did the same thing and destroyed Dell to the point they had to sell the business unit to NTAA Data. They have started to send jobs to India and the call center will be going there as well, no matter how much lipstick you put on that pig. The proof is in the history of those they've hired in the C Suite.
