Pros
Stable company. Supportive management team. A large company but still personable. They try to do a lot for the employees. I feel appreciated.
Cons
Some of the cubicles are old and make the building look ugly. 2% raise caps 2 years in a row. People will start leaving if this keeps up. The CAO creates a lot of friction within the company.
