Pros

overtime is available but in hour increments. i.e you can come in one hour early maybe once a week

Cons

back to back calls, no more than 4 minutes for a break outside of provided breaks, pay is low, promotions within are low, morale is low/doesn't feel like a team.

Pros

I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

Cons

Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
