• Trainings • Vacation days in advance (if you don't have enough vacation days you can take more in advance) • Flexible working hours • Fully remote if a project doesn't require presence in an office
Cons
• Bad balance between company and employees needs (If you don't pay enough attention to other companies benefits on the market you can stuck with low salary or limited benefits) • Nepotism • Low flexibility - Verbal agreement differs from the contract since they cannot hire with personalized contract. Which leads to employee suffering (in some cases) • Corporate culture is not the best on the market. Some managers hold employees on low positions for too long.
