Pros
Tons of opportunity. Great people. New site GM in Malta seems to "get it" and is focusing on the right things. Best cafeteria I've ever had. :)
Cons
Unrealistic expectations. Nearly impossible to succeed. Everyone is spread so thin on so many things that it is difficult to hit performance metrics. Prioritization discussions are schizophrenic at best.
