      I’ve had a very positive onboarding experience since joining GF. The onboarding process is well-structured and supportive, A real highly diverse and inclusive culture, with strong awareness and everyday practice of DEI. Leadership is a clear strength at GF. There is a strong emphasis on open communication and support, which helps build trust and alignment.

      Cons

      Global organizations, coordination across regions and stakeholders can sometimes take time, There is an opportunity to further leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

      Pros

      Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

      Cons

      There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.
