Very strict hierarchy. No proper policies. No time management.

YOU WILL GET AN EXPOSURE TO STARTUP WORK CULTURE...BUT NOT IN A GOOD WAY

no value for people, doesn't even care about the employees. just work no saturday & sunday. need to be available for 24*7. Meetings also will be held in hindi only doesn't care that people from all over india working.;
