Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, the culture has declined significantly. Leadership operates through fear, with unrealistic expectations, low pay, and highly unprofessional behavior, including speaking disrespectfully to employees. Policies like strict non-competes—even when employees are terminated—are concerning. Employees are often required to front their own travel expenses and face long reimbursement delays. HR lacks professionalism and credibility, contributing to a workplace culture driven by gossip rather than support. Overall, I would strongly caution others from pursuing opportunities here. RUN AWAY!
