As it is a small company you can approach and talk to HODs and top management.

HR has no role to play completely. Aircraft Maintenance engineers do not good yearly increments and 80 % engineers never get an opportunity to progress into roles of managers . Engineers slog for more than 15hrs without overtime and still donot get good appraisal. only pilots are valued, Engineering HOD has no say in the financial matters NO work and life balance for Engineers
