There aren't really a lot of cons with this company, they are very pro-employee which you don't find with companies a lot anymore.

Good pay, easy work if you know what your doing.

tools not supplied. you have to bring your own and keep them under lock and key, if not you risk having them stolen, the facility where the product is made is extremely hot. be prepared to sweat like crazy. safety measures are nearly non existent, constant fires and people getting there extremities nicked and bleeding everywhere. you have to pay attention.
