Pros

Employability in today's world is a great initiative... The company has a good opportunity to become one of the market leaders but they have to improve the way the work. Got to learn a lot under a few creative minds.

Cons

When I joined the company I thought I could do very well even though I saw many people leaving the company on bad terms but decided to build my own perception rather than listening to others. But towards the end of my employment I did not regret leaving them. They only value u till the time they think u're needed. Even if u spend 5 years in the company u might one day be thrown out as u failed to satisfy the top managements ego. The company can also compromise on quality for saving money. They try to project a very different picture to their stake holders in the enducation industry but forget that they are promising many things without doing any back ground work. Sometimes u are made to feel like the king of the place and next moment u are no less than a slave. They do not hire the right talent and the right talent hired is not valued.

Pros

The only pro was getting the contract (before learning the TRUTH about the job)....then I had regrets b/c these people had my personal information. Not sure if this is a legit company.

Cons

Randomly sends job posts with no details or location but a salary and job title. No budget for contractors to recruit...encouraged to used LINKEDIN and Indeed (which charges a fee after so many emails to candidates). HR DOES RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS ( I wonder if they actually have an HR). Owner of company (which is the front lead for everything) IS NOT available by phone and ONLY takes emails (and responds to what he chooses) And that's not because he's so busy! He seems to be avoiding contractors...How do you NEVER have time for people who are working for you? And to top it off, he is the ONLY one available in the COMPANY to speak with about ANYTHING. SO you're out of luck!. Before starting I learned nothing about the company, its operations, I COULD NEVER speak with a LIVE person. When you call the toll free number ( That NO ONE ANSWERS) it sends you to the "personal assistant" of the person you are contacting...which I doubt if they all have personal assistants if they can't even afford the fee to use a resume finder for their recruiters (ziprecruiter, monster, etc). I am very concerned because I've faxed over my personal information to these people and this company seems shady. HR will NOT call you back about details of pay etc . You have to PULL teeth! This company lacks order, vision, and direction. Owner floods your email with work orders so it's a 'dive in' situation rather assigning recruiters their own leads to work. Management seems lazy, uninterested in the needs of recruiters, and only about making money. I wouldn't waist my time!!!!!
