Poor management Rubbish systems No regard for employee well being Expectation that staff will work all hours to get the job done. System and structure not up to the job. Poor morale - when make informed suggestions on how to things could be better you are ignored/shot down for making suggestions. Terrible blame culture, senior management team blame individuals when things go wrong instead of looking at root causes of issues.
