I was so excited to work for this company because I believed in the product.... Helping some deserving students study abroad.
Cons
SMALL *Family* company! No training, you learn by making mistakes. No accounting department, and no way for people to reach them LOW salary President talked about everyone behind their backs Took months to get my insurance Generally don't care about the employees, just the numbers Brought in new leadership but would not let them take over, so there is a big downward slide right now
