Leadership is worst. They create chaos . They don’t know how to manage the people or the company . They don’t want to declare redundancy so they are finding out reasons to fire people . It’s too stressful for people who work here. Don’t ever join here . Senior managers are always fighting with each other . First company should fire all long running senior managers and get some fresh water .
